Site Crew |
The Site Crew is responsible for maintaining and repairing anything on the Folk on the Rocks site, as well as doing all of the on-site preparatory work that must be done before every festival. This job, by nature, changes every year, as new projects are begun and old ones completed. The Site Manager will be responsible for identifying which projects need to be done, and the Assistant Site Manager will be in charge of organizing volunteer work crews and leading the projects which cannot be completed by one person. Volunteer Headquarters |
Volunteer Headquarters is the first point of contact with volunteers on the weekend of the festival. Volunteers stop in VHQ to sign in and pick up their t-shirts and wristbands, and this is also where they can pick up cell phones and radios, leave anything they need to leave, and find any information about the festival that they may need.
