COVID-19 RULES

Mandatory Rules

• Everyone must check in and check out of the festival site for contract tracing
• People under an isolation requirement cannot come to the festival
• Wash your hands regularly
• In the Beer Garden, everyone must sit, unless using the bathroom or designated smoking areas. Dancing on the dance ‘floor’ is permitted but we encourage you to wear a mask and keep your distance. 
• No groups larger than 10 people per table or seating area are allowed

Encouraged

• Staff, volunteers and vendors are encouraged to wear masks at all times
• We encourage everyone to download the official government COVID alert mobile app
• We encourage everyone to physical distance (greater than 2m between household groups)
• We encourage social distancing while dancing
• We encourage everyone to use card/tap payments instead of cash payments
• We encourage everyone to wear a masks while moving about site (including when dancing) unless seated in a designated seating area on site (unless under 6 years old; eating or drinking, or medical conditions precluding wearing a mask)

Good To Know

• Surgical masks will be available at key points around site for anyone in need of one
• There will be occupancy signage on all multi-person washrooms, and we will limit access to a suitable number of persons per washroom
• There will be enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of common touch surfaces
• Hand sanitizer and hand washing stations will be available throughout the site
• No self-service communal food or beverages will be offered
• Plexiglass has been installed at every service counter
