NOW HIRING: MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for this year's Folk On The Rocks music festival.

Estimated Start Date: June 5, 2023- July 28, 2023

Compensation: TBD

Description

The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing Manager.

Duties

• Assist with launches and purchasing in public relations, advertising and promotions;
• Assist with the management of all social media accounts;
• Assist with the administration in relation to content for the festival app;       
• Assist with the coordination of the official event photographers;
• Assist with the organization and ordering of all festival signage;
• Work off of and support the existing marketing plan;
• Implement sponsorship visibility and promotions as per the sponsor contracts;
• Assist the Marketing Manager on-site during the festival weekend, creating content, supporting media and photographer coordination and helping where needed;
• Assist with post-festival thank yous and any needed printed materials;
• Assist with media processing and tracking for the festival; and
• Create and distribute media packages.

Qualifications

Applicants should have strong social media, creative writing, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in design, marketing and public relations would be considered an asset.
