FOTR Annual General Meeting on June 1

This year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is taking place on Saturday, June 1, 2:30 p.m. at the Elks Club! 

We would love to see you at our annual AGM. Get involved by becoming a member or by running for a Board Member position! 

Benefits of our membership include:

- Taking part in all Folk On The Rocks general meetings and attend the AGM,

- Nominating candidates for the Board of Directors,

- Having your say by casting your vote for the Board,

- Being able to share your ideas by submitting proposals for inclusions on the agenda of general meetings.

Details about this year's AGM: 

• Financial Statements and other documentation will be available 10 days prior to the meeting
• Membership fees are $10- Payments can be made with cash or card at the door or in advance here. 
  • No one will be turned away from membership due to lack of funds 

  • This purchase does not cover access to the Main Stage Showdown. We will do a shutdown between the AGM and Showdown. 

     

    We are also looking for 5 board members!

    Nominations for board members are now open at this link.  

    • There are five positions available: Vice President, Treasurer, and three Director at Large
    • Nominations close at 11:59 p.m. MT on May 21st 
    • Nominations will not be accepted at the AGM
